This is a wonderful homemade seasoning, blended with lemon peel, butter garlic, and our own homemade smoked seasonings. Great for any kind of meats and vegetables. Smoke asparagus on the grill. We love to smoke onions using this seasoning. Dig out the middle, pack it with butter and smoked Lemon Seasoning. Put the onion back together with the pieces you dug out. Lay it in foil on the grill or smoker. Don't wrap it. Just lay it in the foil and put the foil loosely around it, leaving a small opening. Turns out so good. Great with any grilled or smoked meats for the meat lovers. You will receive 12 Oz of this product.
