Our Spicy Drunk Chicken Seasoning has enough Cayenne pepper, along with Cajun spices, for a good little burn, but not too much to overpower the other flavors. Made with brown sugar, garlic, herbs, and homemade Cajun spices, this will be the best hot drunk beer can chicken you have ever tried. Use Glory and Grace Spicy Drunk Chicken Seasoning.
1/2 can of beer (12 oz)
Place whole chicken over beer can 1/2 full (6 oz) of beer.
After rubbing bird down with our Spicy Drunk Chicken Seasoning, place it upright on beer can. Sprinkle 1 tsp of rub inside top cavity of chicken. The beer may foam when seasonings fall inside the can. Place chicken on preheated grill. Close lid, bbq chicken for 1 hour to 1 hour and fifteen minutes. Remove chicken and discard beer can immediately. Cover chicken with aluminum foil. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
