The early farmers long the riverside put their heads together and created this great, yet somewhat different oyster seasoning. It is made with an array of Louisiana spices and seasonings. They used this seasoning in their sauces for their raw oysters, their meals, and it is still used in many of the Louisiana Oyster, shrimp, meats, and vegetable cuisines today.
