Last year we lost our source for our ground and fine corn meal. Therefore, we didn't have the great fish fry products all our customers came by looking for. However, I am happy to announce that this year we have a source for our ground and fine corn meal and some wonderful spice blends to add to make it the best fish fry around. I have added garlic and our own homemade jalapeno spices to this great fish fry. It has a nice flavor. This one is wonderful on fish. However, we love this one on fried okra and other veggies.
